Sports Heritage Hall of Fame ready for new class

This Saturday, June 20^th, the Timmins Sports Heritage Hall of Fame will be hosting its second induction celebration.

Last year, over 500 people celebrated the launch of this project, honouring a combination of athletes, teams, builders and friends of sport.

Another 40 people will go into the hall in the Class of 2015, and you can see the event itself as it is free of charge to the public to attend.

Doors open at 12:30pm, with the ceremony starting at 1:00pm on the McIntyre Arena floor.

Afterwards, a private unveiling of the plaques will happen for inductees and guests.
