Betrayal – a feeling MPP Gilles Bisson describes Ontarians having after the Liberals breaking another insurance promise

The pledge was to reduce auto insurance premiums by 15 % – but Bisson says the Liberals didn’t even reach half of its reduction target

The promised cut – averaging $225 a year – was in the minority Liberal government’s 2013 budget in order to the get the New Democrats to let it pass

Meanwhile – Ralph Palumbo of the Insurance Bureau of Canada blames the NDP for asking for and getting the government to go along with the $225 dollar a year cut promise – somethign Bisson says they thought that was the right move
