Food Bank B&E 1Four individuals now face a combined 54 charges following multiple break & enters at the St. Vincent De Porres Timmins Food Bank.

The charges come following multiple break and enters, which occurred between May 24, 2015 and August 10, 2015. During the early morning hours of August 10, 2015, a break and enter took place at the St. Vincent De Porres Timmins Food Bank. Access was gained to the building, and miscellaneous food items and jewelry were taken.

At approximately 3:25 a.m., police located three suspects and they were placed under arrest. The fourth suspect was located August 11 and subsequently arrested and charged.

As a result of the multiple break and enters, and following an investigation, a 17 year-old young offender was charged with Breach of Probation (x32), Break & Enter (X7) and Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000.

A 16 year-old young offender was also charged with Break and Enter (x4) and Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000 (x2).

Additionally, a 17 year-old young offender was charged with one count of break and enter.

Pursuant to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the names of young offenders under the age of 18 cannot be published.

Also charged is Brady WARNE, 18, of Timmins. He faces charges of Break and Enter (x6), and Possession of Property obtained by Crime.

Two young offenders, along with WARNE, were held for a bail hearing scheduled for August 11, while the third young offender will be released on a promise to appear in court.
