united way 2015A new goal for the local United Way campaign.

At the annual breakfast at the Ramada Inn, they announced that they are looking to raise $425,000 in the Cochrane-Temiscaming district over the next year.

Campaign Chair Keith Labine says it is a bit of a stretch, but believes they can achieve it.

Last year, the United Way achieved their goal of $400,000, to help people young and old get access to various social and health-related programs.
