2015 election2There’s only a couple days before you cast your ballot to decide the fate of this country in Parliament, and incumbent MP Charlie Angus (NDP) wants that fate in he and his party’s hands.

He says as the only party with a clear outlook for Northern Ontario, they can steer Canada in the right direction.

“We’re the only one that’s been showing up on the issues, whether it’s the issue of the Ring of Fire, whether it’s forestry issues, whether it’s rural broadband…” said Angus.

He says his track record in Ottawa is hard-hitting, but he’ll never apologize for it because it’s to hold people in Parliament accountable.

Angus was part of a Thursday night debate, along with other candidates Todd Lever (Liberal) and Max Kennedy (Green).  John Curley (Conservative) pulled out Thursday afternoon for another commitment.

From now until Monday, we will highlight each candidate and their final spiel on why you should vote for them.
