Cop adopts abandoned puppy

Animal Shelter had a box of puppies dropped on their stoop in the middle of a sub-zero night (animal cruelty investigation).
As the police officer finishes taking statements the next morning, he meets the pups… and decides to adopt little Kylo because his pitbull terrier Vader needs a little brother! Aww!
