The Northern Ontario Party Leader will be doing a tour of some Northern cities and communities.

On their Facebook page, leader Trevor Holliday says they’ll be visiting to introduce themselves, talk to the people, meet with members, conduct a membership drive, explain why the NOP is the way to vote, answer questions and gather information.

The tour will include a stop in Hearst, Smooth Rock Falls and Timmins.

The full schedule is below.

  • September 10 (Kenora)
  • September 11 (Thunder Bay)
  • September 12 (Thunder Bay and Nipigon)
  • September 13 (Geraldton and Hearst)
  • September 14 (Smooth Rock Falls and Timmins)
  • September 17 (New Liskeard, Kirkland Lake, Englehart and Earlton)
  • October 3 (Wawa and Sault Ste. Marie)
  • October 4 (Elliot Lake and Espanola)
  • October 5 (Manitoulin Island and Sudbury)

Plans in Hearst include a meeting with Mayor Roger Sigouin at 3pm, followed by a meet and greet from 4 to 5pm at a location yet to be determined.

In Smooth Rock, Holliday will meet with Mayor Michel Arsenault at 9am, followed by a meet and greet from 10 to 11am at a location yet to be determined.

For Timmins, there is a meet and greet pegged for 1:30pm to 3pm at a location yet to be determined.
