Timmins Police Official-Badge

The Timmins Police Service has completed its investigation into a theft which occurred on September 18th, 2016, at the LCBO outlet on Waterloo Road in Timmins.

A suspect is alleged to have placed a bottle of liquor in her clothing and then leave the place of business without making attempts to pay for the merchandise.

The Timmins Police attended the scene and began their investigation.

The suspect was identified, located, and arrested by the Timmins Police Service a short while later.
The suspect was found to be in possession of the alleged stolen goods at that time.

As a result, Allison SMALL, 24, of Timmins, Ontario, has been charged with:

  • One count of Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
  • One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
  • Two counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused person remained in police custody and had a bail hearing at Provincial Court in Timmins yesterday morning.
