The Timmins Police Service executed a series of search warrants at various residences within the city of Timmins on Thursday, February 2nd.

As a result, the Timmins Police Service – Drug Enforcement Section has seized controlled substances with a street value of $15,653.00 as well as drug manufacturing equipment and other drug paraphernalia.

The residences located on Balsam St. North, Rovie Street, and Powerline Avenue were searched pursuant to authorities granted to the police under these search warrants.

The following was located and seized as evidence by the Timmins Police Service: 5 small marijuana plants, 792.8 grams of marijuana, 45 Xanax tablets, 104 Methamphetamine tablets, 104 grams of Shatter, 11 g of hash and 2 packs of THC Gummies.

As a result, Kyle GRENIER, 24, of Timmins has been charged with:

  • Four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
  • Two counts of Produce a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
  • Two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
  • Six counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was located and arrested on February 2nd and held for a bail hearing which is slated to take place today at Provincial Court in Timmins.

Additionally, Yvon GRENIER, 57, of Timmins has been charged with:

  • Five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
  • Five counts of Drive Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
  • One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
  • Seven counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was located and arrested on February 2nd and held for a bail hearing which is slated to take place today at Provincial Court in Timmins.

Additionally, Paulette DALLAIRE, 52, of Timmins has been charged with:

  • One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
  • One count of Produce a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances
    Act

The accused was located and arrested on February 2nd and subsequently released on a Promise to Appear requiring her to attend at Provincial Court in Timmins on March 28th.

Additionally, Riley SLOAN, 20, of Timmins has been charged with:

  • One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
  • One count of Obstruct a peace Officer contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was located and arrested on February 2nd and subsequently released on a Promise to Appear requiring her to attend at Provincial Court in Timmins on March 28th.

An additional male person is being sought by the Timmins Police in relation to this investigation.
