Go west young Rendle.

Timmins Rock captain Jordan Rendle has a commitment to play university hockey at Trinity Western University of the BCIHL for 2017-18, according to a press release by his new club.

Rendle spent two seasons with the Rock, tallying 68 goals and 73 assists in 103 games.

It’s a bit of a homecoming for Rendle, who will be closer to his native Surrey, British Columbia and will be joined by Rock teammate Brendan Campbell. Campbell committed to the Spartans earlier this spring.

Rendle plans on studying business.
