Tours of local industries are being offered again this summer in Timmins.

Gold Corp Canada will be holding tours as well as Millson Forestry, WildExodus, Cedar Meadows & Timmins Ecological Beekeeping Association (TEBA).

Back by popular demand, Gold Corp Canada is once again offering free tours of their Coniaurum and Hollinger Tailings Management Area reclamation sites along with some stops to see the Hollinger Open Pit project.

Tour dates are June 21st and 28th; July 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th. as well as August 2nd & 9th.

All participants for this tour must register with Tourism Timmins by calling the Timmins Convention Bureau Visitor Welcome Center at 705-360-2600 Ext.3700.

Millson Forestry will be holding three tours this year on June 28th, July 26th and August 30th.

These tours will consist of environmental awareness. Individuals will be given information about forest management in Ontario, how seeds are extracted, processed, tested & stored and much more!

Other notable tours happening this summer in the city of Timmins are the Cedar Meadows Wildlife Tour, TEBA Apiary Tours and WildExodus Mattagami River pontoon tours.
