A pair of NOJHL contests take centre stage in our region this evening.

The Timmins Rock (2-3) are home to the unbeaten Blind River Beavers (4-0) at 7:00pm at the McIntyre Arena. The Rock are coming off a 7-5 victory over the Cochrane Crunch Tuesday night.

Speaking of the Crunch (2-2), they host the Rayside-Balfour Canadians (1-2) at 7:30pm from the Tim Horton Events Centre.

Beforehand, the Crunch will retire #22 in honour of the longest serving member of the franchise, Dustin Cordeiro.
