**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


Criminal Investigations Division has completed its investigation into a robbery that occurred at a Schumacher variety store on April 5th.

The investigation has led to the arrest of Hailey MILLS, 24, of Timmins.

The suspect is charged with:
– Robbery with a Weapon contrary to section 344 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose contrary to section 88 of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Use Disguise With Intent contrary to section 351(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to section 145 (3) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The suspect remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing which is scheduled for tomorrow morning at Provincial Court in Timmins.
