**DOWNTOWN TIMMINS MEDIA RELEASE**

Downtown Timmins is pleased to announce it received one of only 8 awards handed out at the Ontario Business Improvement Area Associations Annual Conference and Gala. The award was for Accessibility Education .

 

The award criteria was that a project must promote accessibility, and be able to be duplicated in other BIA’s. . The BIA is pleased that their Sustainable Data Base Project that partners with the Cochrane Timiskaming Resource Centre was recognized.

 

On Thursday April 26, Downtown Timmins will be pleased to present CTRC with the beautiful trophy acknowledging that partnership and their involvement in the success of the project.
