The Welcome to Timmins Night Committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 25th annual Welcome to Timmins Night. Established in 1994, Welcome to Timmins Night has grown to become the premier event to showcase and promote community non-profit information ranging from municipal services, social clubs, health, academic, sports and recreation, culture and volunteer organizations to newcomers and existing residents.

The Timmins Local Immigration Partnership (TLIP) and the Timmins and District Multicultural Centre (TDMC) in partnership with the Timmins Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), Timmins Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Timmins BIA, The Venture Centre, The Cochrane District Social Planning Council and Tourism Timmins continue planning efforts to deliver this year’s event which will take place Wednesday September 5th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, at the McIntyre Curling Club, located at 85 McIntyre Road in Schumacher.

Exhibitor tables are available at a fee of $30 per table and registration must be completed prior to August 17, 2018. New or returning exhibitors are encouraged to review the new guidelines and exhibitor eligibility requirements in the registration package. Registration is first-come-first-serve and fills up quickly. The event offers the opportunity for non-profit exhibitors to promote their services and need for volunteers; each table is provided with a bright volunteer sign-up sheet to utilize.
