**ST. MARY’S GARDENS NEWS RELEASE**

On Sept. 18, at 9:30 a.m., St. Mary’s Gardens Seniors Speakers Series will provide information on elder abuse.

“The senior population in Canada is expected to increase rapidly in the next 10 years,” said Dawna Carrier, Community Relations Coordinator at St. Mary’s Gardens, “unfortunately, so too will the cases of elder abuse. Seniors, family members, and caregivers are invited to attend. Admission is free. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Seating is limited.
