Iroquois Falls OPP Charge Man with Uttering Threats

**IROQUOIS FALLS OPP NEWS RELEASE**

On October 16, 2018 at approximately 2:44 p.m., the Iroquois Falls detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate an incident in Iroquois Falls, Ontario.

As a result of the investigation the OPP have charged, James BROWN, 65 years old, of Iroquois Falls, Ontario with the following:

Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins, Ontario on November 6, 2018.
