If you’re looking for a scare this weekend, or just for some costume and candy-filled fun, then you might want to check out some of the parties and events happening in Timmins.

The Working Class is hosting it’s 2018 Halloween Costume Party tonight, Oct. 26th, starting at 9 PM. There will be prizes for best male and female costumes. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. You can find the Facebook event page here. 

The Northern Ontario Expo is hosting its 5th Annual Halloween Bash this Saturday, Oct. 27th, starting at 8 PM. This bash is happening at the Senator Hotel and will have music by Reuben’s DJ Service, midnight pizza, and prizes for best costume, best couple costume, funniest costume and scariest costume. Tickets are $20 and are available at Wicked Stuff, Alfie’s Cigar Store, and Jump City. You can find the Facebook event page here. 

Jump City is hosting its Halloween Comic Fest this Saturday, Oct. 27th, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Jump City will be handing out 1 free comic to everyone who comes to the store during that time. There will also be activities for kids like bean bag toss, miniature bowling and shoot the cans. Candy will be handed out while supplies last.
