**TEMISKAMING OPP NEWS RELEASE**

On November 14, 2018 shortly before 9:00 p.m., members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Hessle Avenue, in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of suspected controlled substances.

Curtis WOOLINGS, 27-years-old, of Englehart, Ontario is arrested and charged with the following:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance -opioid (other than heroin) (x 2 counts), contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.), and
  • Drive while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).

 

The accused was released by way of Recognizance. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on December 4, 2018, in Haileybury, Ontario.
