**TIMMINS POLICE NEWS RELEASE**

The Timmins Police Service has charged a local man stemming from an incident where threats of physical harm and death were allegedly made to co-habitants of a Fifth Avenue apartment during the morning of Wednesday November 28th.

Timmins Police Service officers investigated the matter and sought an arrest warrant for the suspect identified to them by the aggrieved parties

Timmins Police executed the arrest warrant and took the suspect into custody.

As a result of the incident, Tyler ANDERSON, 39, of Timmins, has been charged with:
– 2 counts of Utter Threats contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Probation order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing slated for this morning (Nov 30th) at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charges laid against him.
