**SOUTH PORCUPINE FOOD BANK NEWS RELEASE**

The South Porcupine Food Bank board of directors humbly thanks the Whitney Volunteer Fire Fighters & Porcupine Community in the Candy Run food drive held on December 23rd in collecting more than 2,000 lbs of food and $1,758 in donations ($758 cash, $200 cheques and $800 in gift cards).

The food bank depends on kind people like you so that we can serve those in need in our community.
