There’s excitement in the air, as Toronto Maple Leaf Alumni, Curtis Joseph will be in Timmins for the Rock’s next home game which will be on November 17 against the Blind River Beavers.

“Curtis will be at the game, we will have a red carpet ceremonial face-off, he’ll come out drop the puck, and stay to watch the game. The, fans will have the opportunity after the game to meet Curtis in the ballroom, and get some photo’s taken, signed autographs, and other memorabilia they’d like to have.” Ted Gooch President of the Timmins Rock

The cost is $35 per person to meet Curtis, for anyone with large items it will be $50, and there is a chance that they announce a VIP package as well between now and November 17 so make sure to keep an eye out for that.

The Rock are also planning on unveiling a third jersey for the season, and if they are ready on time there is a chance they could wear them on November 17 when Joseph comes to town.

“We will be launching an alternate jersey for the 2019-20 season. I am expecting them to arrive within the week, It’s a total re-design from top to bottom in terms of colour, a new logo was created and we are excited to show them off.”     -Said Gooch.
