With the summer quickly approaching, there may be questions about how COVID-19 will affect normal summer activities like going to the cottage and camping, fishing and hunting, garage sales and physical activity. See the health unit’s current recommendations and learn about how to reduce your risk on our website. Visit: http://ow.ly/vphf50zXEmD

Any PHU resident who feels they need a test for COVID-19, even if they don’t have symptoms, can go for testing at an assessment centre. Call your health care provider or the health unit to access testing.

Continue with measures like physical distancing, wearing a face covering where physical distancing may be challenging, frequent handwashing and staying home when you are sick.

Our COVID-19 Information line is open today from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call the toll-free number, 1-800-461-1818, or the PHU office in your community. See phu.fyi/offices for local contact numbers.

Stay home if you are not well. Stay safe. Stay positive!
