**PORCUPINE HEALTH UNIT NEWS RELEASE**

The Porcupine Health Unit is reporting one new case. The individual from the James and Hudson Bay region is within the age range of 20 to 39 years and is in self-isolation. At this time, the current number of confirmed positive cases is now 81, seven of which remain active.

Be a safe shopper and protect yourself while in stores. Keep a 2-metre distance from others, sanitize your hands and wear a face-covering. Limit the number of trips you make to the store and use contactless method of payment if possible. If at high risk of getting ill, shop at low peak-times or have a family member or friend do errands for you. Buy affordable, nutritious foods that can last a long time in your fridge or pantry. You can plan meals around these foods, which might help you go to the grocery store less often.
