**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has executed arrest warrants held for three local persons stemming from separate incidents yesterday.

The Timmins Police Service located and arrested a person known to be wanted on the strength of an arrest warrant yesterday evening. The warrant was confirmed and the person was held on the strength of the existing arrest warrant

Jenna BOUTIN, 21, of Timmins, has been arrested and held in custody while awaiting a Bail Hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charges laid against her.

Braeden BOOTH, 26, of Timmins, has been arrested and held in custody while awaiting a Bail Hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charges laid against him.

In a separate incident, a male person known to be bound by court imposed conditions was found to be allegedly in breach of those conditions yesterday evening.

Barry DOLAN, 44, of Timmins, has been arrested and held in custody on two charges of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

In a separate incident, a stolen vehicle was recovered by the Timmins Police Service yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Pine Street.

A Timmins Police Service officer on patrol recognized a vehicle as one reported to the police as stolen the day before. The officer initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the occupants of the vehicle. The vehicle was confirmed to be stolen and the occupants were arrested.

Amanda SUTHERLAND, 34, and Edgar TURGEON, 29, both of Timmins, were arrested and have been charges with Possession of Goods Obtained by Crime contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

SUTHERLAND was charged with an additional count of Drive Motor Vehicle – No Licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act while TURGEON faces an additional charge of Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

TURGEON was released from custody on a Promise To Appear requiring that he attend Provincial Court on September 25th to answer to the charges laid against him.

SUTHERLAND remains in custody while awaiting a Bail Hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charge laid against her.
