**TEMISKAMING OPP NEWS RELEASE**

On November 10, 2018 shortly before 5:00 a.m., members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call for a traffic complaint that was northbound, on Highway 11, in Temagami, Ontario. The vehicle was located on Highway 11, in Coleman Township, Ontario.

Karam GREWAL, 56-years-old, of Calgary, Alberta is charged with:

  • Drive commercial motor vehicle with a major defect in it or in drawn vehicle, contrary to section 107(11) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).

 

The tractor trailer was towed from the scene.
