**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has charged three suspects stemming from an incident of mischief to private property in the Riverpark Road area which occurred during the evening hours of Sunday, November 25th.

Responding Timmins Police Service officers were able to identify suspects based on their observations at the crime scene as well as the collection of other physical evidence and a review of video surveillance tapes taken from a source in the area.

As a result of the incident, Cameron BLUEBOY,19, of Timmins, has been charged with:
– Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– 3 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Conditional Sentence contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was released from custody on the strength of a promise to Appear requiring him to attend Provincial Court on December 14th to answer to the charges laid against him.

Additionally, Prescilla PEUNISH, 18, and an unnamed young person, both of Timmins have been charged with
– Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada .

These accused persons were released from custody and are required to attend Provincial Court on a court date that has yet to be determined to answer to the charges laid against them.
