**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has charged a local man stemming from a series of incidentsC where a suspect is alleged to have made threatening remarks to a bank employee at a downtown bank in Timmins.

An investigation was completed by the Timmins Police Service which indicates that suspect had attended at a local bank on a number of occasions and is alleged to have indulged in menacing behaviors towards bank staff on February 21 and again on February 22nd.

The suspect was located and arrested by the Timmins Police Service on February 22nd.

As a result of the incident, Joshua BOLDUC, 22, of Timmins, has been charged with:
– Uttering Threats to Cause Bodily Harm contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was held in custody while awaiting a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the charge laid against him.
