The Timmins Police Service is advising that, Lynsey WHEESK, who had been reported as “missing” to the Timmins Police Service, has been located.

WHEESK was located this evening and his well-being has been confirmed.

This matter is deemed to be a closed incident with no further police action required.

The Timmins Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person who has been reported to them as missing.  The Timmins Police would like to determine the current whereabouts of Lynsey Anne WHEESK, 34, who is a resident of Timmins.

She is described as:
– an Indigenous pregnant female person
– 5’10 tall
– 210 lbs
– medium complexion
– medium length, straight, brown hair
– brown eyes
– tattoo of a heart, a peace sign, the letter “L” and her birth date (withheld) on her left hand

She was last seen on Thursday April 25th in the Timmins area but has not had been in direct contact with her care givers or family members since that date.  The matter was reported to the Timmins Police on April 28th; whereas unconfirmed sightings have been received, this matter remains an open “missing person” investigation.
She was last seen wearing: grey jogging pants and a black zippered hoodie.
