**TIMMINS AND DISTRICT HOSPITAL NEWS RELEASE**

The Timmins and District Hospital is putting on a huge yard sale to benefit the Hospital Foundation.

 

“This is a great opportunity for the Hospital to clear out some of our older inventory so we can make better use of the space that it’s currently taking up” says Mike Resetar, VP of People/Director of Operations.

 

The Yard Sale will be setup in parking lot #2, which is on the west side of the Hospital.

There will be signs on site directing traffic to the sale.

 

Some of the items that will be up for grabs are:

Windows/Doors/Computers/Computer accessories/Office Furniture/Shelving Units/Tools/Picture Frames/Furniture/tons of odds and ends!

Jason Laneville, Executive Director of the Timmins & District Hospital Foundation says “this is a win-win situation for all involved, the Hospital is cleaning up, creating space and all the money raised will go to the Foundation which will in turn purchase new medical equipment for the Hospital. We will be setup from 7am to 7pm to allow the public to drop in before and after work”
