**UNITED WAY NORTH EAST ONTARIO NEWS RELEASE**

Not long ago a snow day prevented five local High School’s from competing in friendly spirited competition. Well tonight January 7 2020 is the night where it’s about to go down! Ecole Secondaire Catholique Thériault are the defending champs and will look to defend their title.

 Explosive groups of student-changemakers will represent all five local high schools in the high-energy, high-stakes (but always friendly) competition known as the United Way Youth Challenge.

 

Location: O’Gorman High School / 150 George Avenue, Timmins, ON

Date: Tuesday, January 7, 2020

Time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 

This annual tradition highlights the commitment of youth as they showcase their school spirit and raise money in support of their community. Teams will compete for best entrance, best dance, best banner, and overall spirit. We hope you’ll be able to join for this one-of-a-kind evening.
