**CITY OF TIMMINS NEWS RELEASE**

With the arrival of the summer sun, and approval from the Porcupine Health Unit, the City of Timmins would like to announce that the Water Park/Splash Pads at both White Water and Hollinger Parks are scheduled to open for public use at noon today, Wednesday, June 17.

Regular hours of operation moving forward are 8am to 9pm.
Those using the splash pads are reminded to practice social distancing and public health recommendations. Signage is being installed to this effect.
