More construction in the downtown

Hydro vault work is making travel in the downtown core a little more hectic.

The city says on top of Pine Street being a one-way southbound from Algonquin to Third Avenue, Cedar Street is joining the ranks.

Cedar is now a one-way northbound from Second to Third Avenue for the next 4-6 weeks.
