UPDATE: Sullivan still in custody

A Timmins woman has had a new charge put over to a video remand after failing to show up for a sentencing hearing a couple weeks ago.

27-year old Jessica Sullivan will face a charge for Failing to Appear in Court. For that, Sullivan will have the video remand on Friday, November 10th.

As for the original charges of manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death, the Superior Court will set a date for sentencing on Wednesday.

An update from Timmins Police, they say 27-year old Jessica Sullivan was located and arrested in Timmins Sunday night.

Sullivan was wanted after failing to show up to a sentencing hearing back on October 25th.

Sullivan was facing charges of manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death in the death of her seven-week-old infant child.

Sullivan has a bail hearing set for Monday in a Timmins courtroom.
