The city says effective immediately, Enforcement Services will now be located in the Clerk’s Department on the second floor of city hall.

They will now deal with matters “including receiving by-law concerns, requesting a parking ticket cancellation, permit applications (sheds, temporary tent structures, signs and billboards, etc.)”

The current office in the basement of city hall will now be closed to the public.

But office hours in the new location are still the same as before, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.

And they ask that you call or email them—705-360-2614 or bylaw@timmins.ca—if you have any questions.

EDIT: Parking tickets are still to be paid in the basement.
