Celebrate Canada fund wants to help celebrate Canada's heritage

Celebrating Canada is important to maintain it’s heritage.

The Celebrate Canada fund is allowing municipalities to celebrate days like National Aboriginal Day, Jean Baptist Day and of course Canada Day with a little help. MP Charlie Angus explains how the fund works;
