Gracie to conduct seminar in Timmins

One of the co-founders of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is on his way north.

Rorion Gracie will be in Timmins to conduct seminars at the Timmins Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy on Saturday, September 24th.

This is part of the local gym’s 5th Anniversary celebrations.

Gracie will start with a talk on Jiu-jitsu techniques, followed by a separate seminar on dieting, with a question-answer period.
