The Timmins Police Service is making a renewed public appeal for assistance in regards to their investigation into a single vehicle motorcycle collision that occurred on Friday August 12th at approximately 7:00 p.m.

The collision occurred on a curved section of Norman Street in Timmins and involved a 2010 black Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The Timmins Police Service has reason to believe that a woman stopped at the scene of the collision and offered assistance to the injured motorcyclist.

It is further believed that her observations may prove to be vital to the conclusion of the investigation into the collision.

The injured rider, a 26 year old man from Timmins, sustained serious injury in the collision requiring that he be transported to a Sudbury area hospital for enhanced medical treatment.

The Timmins Police Service is in need of public assistance in order to complete the investigation into this collision.
