All systems go at Ross Beattie

A summer of construction is going smoothly at R. Ross Beattie.

With just under three weeks before the start of school, DSB-One Board Chair Doug Shearer says everything is on schedule and nothing has been found to suggest any extra costs in construction.

Officials discovered a water leak last May, putting the school’s future in jeopardy.  But officials with DSB-One voted to keep the school open and do repairs over the summer.

Back then, Board Chair Doug Shearer said it was important to do so for the parents, students and the community.

The first day of school for DSB-One students is Tuesday, September 6th.

Ross Beattie is up for an accommodations review in 2018.
