**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE**

The Timmins Police responded to a report of mischief to the rear section of the City Hall building on Tuesday, July 3rd.

Upon arrival at the scene, Timmins Police officers appraised the damage to the building and to two municipal vehicles which had been smeared with paint.

The exact dollar cost related to the damage has yet to be determined.

The Timmins Police completed their investigation with the arrest of the person allegedly responsible for the act of mischief.

Pamela KOOSEES, 34, of Timmins has been charged with one count of Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused has been released from custody on the strength of an Undertaking requiring that she attend Provincial Court in Timmins on August 28th to answer.to the charges laid against her.
