New era of breast cancer care arrives at TDH

The brand new Breast Wellness Centre is now open at Timmins and District Hospital.

The $900,000 project has been six years in the making, and will provide more privacy for patients.

Hospital Board Chair Leon Laforest says it’s fitting to see the centre open during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
